Part Time Placements Administrator - Job Share (CC6033)

The post-holder will form part of the School of Management’s Placements Team, taking responsibility for Placements Administration, improving efficiency of administrative procedures and managing a diverse workload.  The team work together under the guidance of the Head of Placements, Projects & International Studies. The post-holder will be line managed by the School of Management Placements Manager and will work closely with several Placements Officers.

This is a busy and varied role involving daily communication with academic staff, students and employers, so the post holder will need to have excellent organisational skills, demonstrate a good use of initiative, have the ability to multi-task, and prioritise.

This post is for 16.5 hours per week, to be worked on a job share basis of 5hrs and 30 minutes each day (exclusive of a lunch break) Wed-Fri each week.
