Establishing and embedding the University’s Organisational and People Development offering, you’ll play a leading role in maximising the positive impact of people performance.  Building on our current approach, you’ll be instrumental in developing a highly engaged, motivated workforce in which people in all kinds of roles perform at their highest.  In collaboration with senior managers and HR Business Partners, you’ll develop workforce plans and a range of KPIs.  Crucially, you’ll recommend, design and deliver a range of contemporary OD and people development programmes tailored to attract, engage, build capacity and retain top talent.  Ideally, you’ll be a member of the CIPD and will bring to the role significant experience in organisation development and/or learning and development.  Your track record includes diagnosing, implementing and evaluating OD interventions and recommending practical learning and development solutions. Naturally, you’ll demonstrate significant knowledge of OD theories, tools and techniques, along with experience of change programmes. A credible and influential communicator, what really sets you apart is your ability to establish positive and highly effective working relationships.
