Description :

From high student satisfaction to a culture of continuous improvement, the University of Lincoln has so much to offer. We are continuously striving to improve and develop - which makes this an exciting place to be. As our HR Change and Transformation Project Manager, you will join a department with its sights set on tomorrow and enjoy a great opportunity to contribute to the University's ambitious strategic plan.

As part of the HR operations team, working across the HR department and with senior stakeholders across the University you will shape, design and manage the implementation of both transformational and operational change projects and programmes across the University to deliver business goals within a changing and evolving environment.

You will need to work with all levels of the University to build relationships with key managers across the business to identify change requirements, deliver projects successfully and identify and manage risk. The post holder will often need to take an active part in the project itself to ensure that timescales are met, and outcomes are achieved.

You will have significant experience of change management in an HR environment within a large organisation or public body. A generalist background means you will understand the HR operational context in which you will be operating as well as connecting these to wider strategic objectives. You will advocate best practice and provide advice, guidance and challenge to deliver pragmatic solutions for the University.
