Lancaster University is seeking an exceptional individual to strengthen our services of timetable planning within a context of growth in student numbers, expansion of the campus and innovation in curriculum design.  You will have a strong track record of delivering on strategic objectives to meet organisational needs in space management and/or academic timetabling.  You will have proven skills in influencing and negotiating and you will be able to work collaboratively with staff at all levels.  This is a new post presenting an exciting leadership opportunity to make a difference to the student experience and teaching delivery of the University. By co-ordinating the functions of space management and academic timetabling you will play a pivotal role in supporting faculties and departments in developing and implementing space strategies for the delivery of teaching and in supporting the University in planning its building programmes.  Educated to at least degree level, you will have experience of working in higher education and you will understand the expectations of students and espouse a customer service ethos for both students and staff.
