Are you a customer- service focused Administrator with a keen eye for detail?

The Employment & Recruitment Service has a fantastic opportunity to join their busy team as a Recruitment Administrator.

The Employment & Recruitment Service’s aim is to help Lancaster University students develop employment skills through a variety part-time work opportunities while they study. The part-time jobs are here on campus or in the local business. It also recruits temporary staff to fill short term roles within the University. 

This role is full time, 36.5 hours per week, for 42 weeks per year, until 30th August 2019. 

The Recruitment Administrator will provide administrative, candidate and client support to the many users of this busy service. 

You will be a customer –focused individual who is used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines. 

Duties include: 

Administering and creating engagement paperwork, checking and reviewing accuracy

Receiving and publishing vacancies and promoting in a variety of ways, including via social media

Assisting with the arranging of interviews, providing feedback and liaising with candidates and recruiting managers. 

Dealing with a wide range of enquires to the Service, signposting correctly and doing so while displaying exemplary customer service

Promoting the wider Careers Service to support its work in increasing employability in the student population
