Based at Jubilee Campus the successful candidate will support the day to day running of University buildings, setting up rooms to meet customer requirements. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing information and assistance where required and will be responsible for locking and unlocking buildings and testing fire alarms. Other duties include the collection and delivery of internal mail, identifying and completing small scale maintenance tasks, inspecting fixtures and fittings and reporting faults within your area of responsibility.

It is essential for this role that candidates have experience of working in a similar customer facing environment. Ideally you will also have small scale maintenance experience, knowledge of testing fire and security alarm systems and have cleaning experience gained within a similar environment.

Hours of work are 36.25 per week, worked 5 days out of 7 to arranged (mainly Monday to Friday) between 8.00am and 4.15pm. Flexibility will be required.
