Role Description
We have a challenging and rewarding role that has become available within the Computing Services department. This is an additional role within the Computing Services Servers and Storage team. The existing team of 5 is responsible for the development and maintenance of a wide range of IT services that support around 16,800 students and 3,300 staff across research, teaching and professional services.
Key Accountabilities
You will maintain and enhance current systems, providing expert systems administration and development skills. You will contribute significantly to third-tier support processes, resolving problems, documenting root causes, and improving service levels.
