The University Bath School of Management is ranked among the top UK business schools, with a renowned reputation for business education and international research. The School is seeking to appoint a part-time Assessment Administrator to work in a small team supporting the academic activities, specifically assessments and teaching timetables.

You will contribute to the operational aspects of the School’s marks processing and teaching timetable planning and will act as secretary to a number of Board of Examiners and related meetings, as well as contributing to the maintenance of good relations between the School and its External Examiners.

Attention to detail will be critical for success, as well as experience of developing effective administrative processes. The successful candidate will need excellent interpersonal skills, and effective delivery of the role will demand high levels of personal organisation, flexibility and adaptability.

This post is part-time 2 days per week, (Monday and Tuesday), however, due to the scheduling of Board of Examiner meetings, some flexibility towards hours of work during key weeks in the academic year would be welcomed.
