Events Coordinator (Fixed Term) (MS6061)

SETsquared is the long standing enterprise partnership between the Universities of Bath, Bristol, Exeter, Southampton and Surrey and, last year, was recognised as the Number 1 University business incubator globally (UBI Global Index). Whether it’s an entrepreneur with an idea or a very early stage, high-tech Start-up Company – SETsquared's mission is to help turn an innovative spark into a thriving, commercial business. Findings from Warwick Economics show that SETsquared is already creating a cumulative GVA of £8.6bn for the UK from its support for tech startups.

SETsquared is now looking to hire an Events Coordinator to run events and ERDF supported programmes for Students, Researchers, Entrepreneurs and members of the UK Space Incubator Network that it chairs. Based in and hired by the University of Bath for the SETsquared Partnership, the successful candidate will have experience in both the university and enterprise sectors and a proven track record in delivering successful event programmes in a demanding Partnership environment.

This is a full time, fixed term position up to September 2019, with real potential for longer term opportunities.
