Campus Events Officer - Internal Applicants Only (CT6043)

The Undergraduate Student Recruitment Team at the University of Bath is looking to appoint an Events Officer to co-ordinate and support its diverse programme of on-campus recruitment activities. The successful candidate will deliver a range of events, including residentials, to support the delivery of a resilient base of undergraduate applications and enrolments to the University.

The post-holder is responsible for developing training materials and delivering training to student staff working as tour guides/ambassadors from across the University. They are responsible for welcoming prospective students to the campus through a range of activities, and for hosting school/college visits to the University.

This role will join a newly created team of recruitment specialists, formed to provide a comprehensive undergraduate recruitment unit, focussing its efforts on supporting prospective students by degree type rather than by market. We are seeking an individual with outstanding project management and interpersonal skills with experience of delivering high profile events involving multiple stakeholders.

This is a full time, open ended post and the successful applicant may need to be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (to be confirmed).
