The University is seeking exceptional candidates for the post of Senior Lecturer in Criminology in the Department of Sociology. As appropriate to the grade, you should hold a relevant doctoral degree. For this position you will have a clear and developing profile of high-quality publications in international journals, extensive experience of teaching criminology in higher education, and the ability to make a substantial contribution to the development of courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and to the administration of the department. There should be a willingness to teach across programmes in the areas of criminology and sociology. Expertise in cybercrime and/or quantitative methods is desirable, but not essential.
