Are you highly organised, with an excellent eye for detail and good administrative skills?  Do you have previous experience in an HR environment and an interest in recruitment? 

Following an internal promotion, we are pleased to offer another opportunity to join our busy HR recruitment team where you will become highly proficient with the university's e-recruitment system, and work pro-actively with managers to ensure best recruitment practice is followed in accordance with our policies and guidance.  This will include providing clear and professional guidance on the recruitment process, ensuring the necessary recruitment documentation is present, advising on where to advertise and being responsible for ensuring that all employment checks and documentation, including for casual new starters, are processed accurately to meet monthly deadlines.

You will need:

The ability to plan/organise a busy workload to meet sometimes conflicting deadlines

Previous experience of using an HR/Payroll database

A broad understanding of employment law in relation to recruitment and selection

To be proficient in the Microsoft suite of packages

Level 3 CIPD or a willingness to achieve it.
