Working within our thriving and expanding School, you will undertake and develop a full range of administrative work to support the Advanced Engineering Centre.

Ensuring that transactions are entered effectively and accurately on our financial and purchasing system will make up a large part of this busy role. You will also assist in the organising and servicing of meetings and events, as well as track financial transactions. 

In order to succeed, a flexible approach and familiarity with databases is essential. Answering enquiries relating to the Advanced Engineering Centre’s work from staff, students and the public will mean that excellent communication skills are also vital.

Ideally we would like the post holder to work over four or five days of the week, however further discussions can be had at interview stage if needed. Job sharers welcome.

Please note that this post is fixed term for 12 months.
