We are seeking to recruit a Curriculum and Timetabling Officer to the University’s Curriculum and Timetabling team.  Our focus is to improve the lateral processes and relationships that are essential to delivering an efficient, effective, and resilient institutional timetable and enhanced student experience.

As one of the team’s Curriculum and Timetabling Officers, you will provide support to a nominated faculty in the management of curriculum data and in the production of the teaching timetable. You will develop a detailed understanding of programmes and modules in the faculty and establish effective working relationships with academic staff and administrative staff in Student and Academic Administration. 

Working as part of a team of 13, you will be a flexible and adaptable team player with a proven ability to plan and prioritise your own work activities. 

You will have the capacity to adopt a persuasive and constructive style, using empathy to understand stakeholders differing needs. You will be committed to the continuous enhancement of quality standards that add value to the student experience and should provide evidence of this in your application.
