Are you hard-working, well-organised and able to do regular evening and weekend work (for which appropriate enhancements and time off in lieu is given)?
If so, we would like you to join our team based in our library on the Falmer campus, where you will use your strong customer service skills to welcome students and staff, answer queries and provide assistance in the use of our resources and services. You will use networked systems, issue and organise books as well as manage cash and card transactions.
This is a busy, often hectic job where routine tasks are to be carried out on a regular basis.
Effective communication skills, the ability to work quickly and accurately and a helpful, confident manner are essential.
