Interim Head of Resources and Technology (LIB075)

Library Services is at the heart of the student and academic experience at University of West London, facilitating creation of knowledge and ideas and developing confident, critically information-literate professionals.

This is an interim role that is fixed-term for six months.

We are looking for the right individual to lead our continued evolution in the provision of print and online content and associated technologies to support teaching and learning and research across our physical and virtual spaces, with user experience firmly at the centre.

The preferred candidate will be a pro-active, forward-looking individual with previous experience in handling print and online resource procurement and supplier relationships in a Library or information sector environment, including line management responsibilities. They will be well-informed of current developments in library technologies and resource management.
