Based on the award winning University Park Campus we are looking for a customer focused individual to assist the Senior Hall Manager/Hall Manager in the day-to-day running of a student Hall of residence.

Main duties will include assisting with the management and organisation of the accommodation and housekeeping function carrying out a range of associated administrative and operational duties ensuring high quality customer service is provided at all times. You will also manage adherence to University policies and procedures within the unit and will carry out service, codes of practice and Health and Safety audits.

Candidates should have substantial experience gained within a similar environment, have demonstrable planning, organisational and administration skills and have substantial experience of resource management. Excellent customer service skills are also essential for this role.

Hours of work are 36.25 per week, working 5 days out of 7 to be arranged.
