As HR Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the effective functioning of our HR operational support service for the employee lifecycle.  Your remit will be broad, from ensuring UKVI and DBS compliance through to digitally driving process improvements and systems development across our HR operations.  Working closely with the HR Performance Manager, you’ll also develop and manage our real-time management information reporting systems.

It’s essential that you can demonstrate experience of compliance including knowledge of UKVI regulations (Tiers 1,2,4 and 5; sponsorship, visitor rules and right to work check procedure), DBS obligations and the development of related policies and procedures.  With excellent analytical skills, you will have a track record of digital development of recruitment/other HR systems and be a strong leader with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
