About You 

You will have an established career and profile as a senior leader of estates and facilities teams, focussing on providing the highest quality customer experience.

Passion and enthusiasm for estates and facilities, and developing the people employed within, is essential, as is the ability to initiate, develop and maintain strategic relationships within and beyond the University.

About the Role 

You will be a member of the University Directorate Management Group (DMG) and your work will be integral to realising and supporting the University’s future ambitions. The leader of the largest support team at Edge Hill University; you will be responsible for over 320 members of staff and an extensive supply chain at the 130,000m2 campus, you will embed a culture of customer centricity and benchmark against the very best within and beyond the sector.

You will ensure that the campus is safe, welcoming, inspiring and inclusive, and that the facilities, services and underpinning infrastructure, continues to make a positive contribution to the attraction, recruitment and retention of students.
