This post is an exciting opportunity to join the Nottingham Clinical Trials Unit (NCTU). The unit is a growing academic unit within theUniversity of Nottingham that supports clinical trials within the Universityand local NHS trust.  

The unit is seeking to recruit an additional Data Coordinator to work within our multidisciplinary team, to coordinate the handling of research data across a number of research projects.  Due to a number of research grants recently being funded we are looking to expand and develop our Data Management team so this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing unit.

The appointed candidate will be will be involved from the initial project start up, working closely within a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on the design of quality data capture, its handling and documentation.  The ideal candidate should have experience of working on clinical trials and be familiar with clinical trial databases, the process of data cleaning, ideally with some experience of CRF/data capture design and the writing data management documentation. 

This is a full-time post, preferably; however applications are welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time to a minimum of 29 hours per week. Please indicate on your application the hours you wish to work. The post is offered on a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months.
