Do you enjoy delivering an outstanding service to customers? Do you have experience of supporting, training and supervising others in a laboratory support setting? Do you have SAP experience, strong organisational and written and verbal communication skills?

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to supervise the work load and training of a multi-skilled team dedicated to the smooth running, and provision of services that support and enhance the use of University facilities, in particular laboratories, research space and visitor reception areas.

This post will directly supervise and train a team of Infrastructure Assistants, providing a front of house service, laboratory and facilities. You will be based in the Wellcome Trust Brenner Building on the St James University Hospital site but will also be expected to work flexibly across the adjacent Clinical Sciences, Cancer Research and Robert Ogden buildings on the St James University Hospital site as required.
