As the Senior College Administrator you will provide a professional and efficient service, ensuring all administrative duties, including first point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, are carried out to a high standard. 

The role will include:

Comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Associate Pro-Vice Chancellor and Dean of the College and members of the College Executive and Senior Management Team. Managing the working environment for the Associate Pro-Vice Chancellor and Dean of the College via efficient diary management managing internal and external correspondence, filtering of phone calls and arranging travel arrangements. Preparing agendas and taking minutes. Supporting arrangements for internal and external events. Staff and HR related administrative support. Financial processing and procurement. Facilities and office management.

The post will largely be based at the UWL West London Paragon campus, however travel to UWL’s other campuses (Ealing and Berkshire) may be required.

You will have a degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years proven administrative experience in a busy fast moving environment. You will also hold excellent IT, interpersonal and communication skills.

The post requires a candidate with enthusiasm, self-motivation, ability to manage their own workload and a willingness to commit to the University’s vision and values.
