Campus Solutions Training Delivery Team

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to become a key player in delivering the University of Nottingham’s Campus Solutions Student Administration System which is moving into its final stages of implementation. We are seeking an experienced Business Systems/IT trainer to support the initial implementation in the UK and then help develop skills and knowledge for a range of users (including at our international campuses) as we deploy Campus Solutions to manage the student journey for 18/19 and beyond. 

Successful candidate will possess excellent materials design and classroom delivery skills, as well as strong communication, stakeholder management and IT skills. You will have a proven record using a variety of online and offline formats to develop and deliver business systems and process training for diverse audiences, and demonstrate experience of the Higher Education or technology sectors. No experience working with Campus Solutions is necessary as full training will be given but a willingness and ability to fully understand the system and how it helps the University deliver a successful student experience will be vital. There is also the possibly of training in both Oracle’s User Productivity Kit and Articulate eLearning authoring software.

The first element of the role will be to support implementation with extensive delivery of classroom and online training right across the University. We want this training to be innovative and engaging and we need your skills and enthusiasm to help develop and test existing materials and shape a classroom and online experience which will enable users to confidently and expertly use the system.The second element of the role will be the development of a business-as-usual Campus Solutions Training Service to support the University's ongoing use of the system. You will work alongside the users to offer a range of support including induction to the system for new starters, new material development as the system changes, and developing bespoke activities for different teams and individuals to embed skills and systems knowledge.

This full-time position are initially fixed-term for a period of 2 years with the possibility that the role may become permanent. Job share arrangements may be considered.
