The officer will work closely with the ADM Exhibition’s Manager, Associate Dean and Marketing team and plan and manage events and exhibitions ensuring the University deliver a positive, high quality and professional service to both students and visitors. There is a specific remit around student engagement events, which includes Inspired Festival, graduate shows, welcome week, industry conferences, festivals (Flatpack, Birmingham Indian Film Festival and Cine-Excess International Film Festival) and building relationships with external providers to provide placement or employment opportunities. The post holder will also been involved with the project management and promotion of events e.g. logistics, social media, managing print and stakeholder engagement. Experience of working on exhibitions and events or within busy, customer-focussed environment is desirable. For more information about this opportunity, please view the attached Job Description.
