Applications are invited for the above post in the Centre for Excellence in Autoimmunity in Cancer (CEAC), School of Medicine, based at the Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing individual and collaborative research in the area of early detection of solid cancers, and to make a contribution to the direction of research programmes in the School of Medicine.

Candidates must have a First degree in biological sciences discipline. PhD in biomedical, or biological sciences and have extensive postdoctoral research experience relating to autoantibodies in cancer.  In addition the successful candidate will have extensive postdoctoral research experience relating to autoantibodies in cancer along with extensive experience and demonstrated success in delivery in research results.

This full-time post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for a period of five months, based on a five day working week.  Flexibility of working arrangements is essential.
