About You

You will be creative and innovative in your approach to teaching and learning, this combined with your experience of teaching on Policing undergraduate courses and experience of professional policing will enable you to succeed.

You will be able to act as a role model, must be flexible and responsive to changing needs with a professional approach to work. Relevant subject knowledge as evidenced through qualifications, prior teaching experience or research is essential.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be expected to strengthen our teaching capacity to support the delivery of our undergraduate degrees in Policing.  The successful candidate will be expected to have very good teaching experience on undergraduate Policing programmes. The successful candidate will specifically be required contribute to the delivery of our modules on Core Policing Skills and Introduction to Law and Policing and may be called to contribute to teaching on other core areas of our curriculum depending on their areas of expertise and experience.
