Description :

The Department of Pharmacy & Pharmacology is one of the largest and most successful in the University. Underpinning the success of their teaching and research endeavours is the work of our laboratory assistants. 

Teaching Technicians are members of our team that provide teaching support for students, academics and other staff. The range of duties can include liaising with academic staff and the Teaching Coordinator, setting up practical classes, providing practical support to students and managing our teaching spaces.  

Full training will be provided in all aspects of the post.  A strong background in Chemistry is essential.  The candidate must be able to demonstrate effective time-management, efficiency, diplomacy and have flexible approach to work.
