The Department of Post-Qualifying Healthcare Practice is a thriving, innovative and dynamic environment that aims to provide high quality CPD for the global health workforce. About the role We are seeking a full-time Senior Lecturer in Healthcare Leadership and Management to support the growth of our post-graduate health provision.  In collaboration with other members of the Faculty team, the role carries responsibly for: Module leadership of an MSc level healthcare leadership and project management module. Supervision of students undertaking a project management MSc dissertation. Contributing to the delivery of project management MSc dissertation workshops. Through personal tutoring, provision of support and mentorship to international students undertaking the MSc Professional Practice programme. About you We are looking for someone who can enthuse and engage students, while also contributing to the Schools scholarly and enterprise activities.  Experience as an academic in Higher Education is desirable. Proficiency in applied healthcare leadership, change management models and project management is essential.  Ideally, you will hold a postgraduate degree, or equivalent industry experience. The ability to work with a team and excellent IT skills are a core requirement. As part of your application, please attach your CV.
