PhD position at TUM to work for ALICE Collaboration at LHC

The successful PhD applicant will work for ALICE Collaboration at Large Hadron Collider on data analysis with two- and multi-particle correlation techniques, focusing mostly on femtoscopy. These measurements primarily will help understanding the nature of two- and genuine multibody interactions between hyperons and nucleons, which are for instance relevant to constrain the equation of state of neutron stars.
