An outstanding Personal Assistant is required to support the Pro-Vice-Chancellor Education and the Provost for Student Experience, Colleges and the Library, situated within the Vice-Chancellor’s Office.  This role will be offered as a full-time, indefinite position to the candidate that meets or exceeds our expectations.  Are you the person we are looking for?

You should have a strong record of previous personal assistant experience; be proactive in your approach to supporting a senior officer and in carrying out all other administrative duties; expected to liaise with other PAs in the senior team; have a proven track record of supporting senior personnel and possess the IT skills to do this effectively and efficiently.

This role works very closely with senior colleagues across the University and with key national stakeholders in education so you will be able to develop and maintain professional relationships.  The role holder will have exceptional organisational, and prioritisation skills and as this is a busy role, you must have proven experience in managing multiple tasks at any single time.  

A calm, professional manner and the ability to work confidentially are necessary to be able to make a success of this role.
