As part of the Academic Practice team within the Education Development Service (EDS) you will help to support the growth of programmes and staff through activities and interventions designed to improve the embedding/integration of good practice in alignment with locally identified development needs.  You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain strong and influential working relationships with academic and other professional service colleagues in order to influence, guide, create change and achieve results (against TEF and NSS/PTES faculty targets).  You will have experience in learning, teaching and assessment within HE and/or educational development at a local or institutional level and, although your ‘expertise’ will be around working with people rather than subject focussed, we are particularly interested in applicants with a background and interest in either learning technology or inclusion.
