The University of Lincoln is seeking to appoint an Senior International Officer for South Asia (London based) who will lead on the University’s recruitment activities in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

The post holder will need to have extensive experience in international student recruitment, ideally  in South Asia, is sales driven and target focused.

The post holder will be responsible for building and managing a network of international agents and working in conjunction with schools to source potential partnerships.

This role requires an enthusiastic, self-motivated and sales driven individual.  The position will sit within the International Office and a key aim of this department is to deliver international student recruitment numbers and international fee income in line with agreed targets. The role’s objective will be to promote the University’s brand in allocated markets in support of student recruitment, partnership development, conversion campaigns and ROI analysis.

The Senior International Officer will be expected to travel to Lincoln on a monthly basis and will work as part of a team.  The successful candidate will lead on a specific regional focus, but will also be expected to contribute across the full range of the team’s activities. Developing and delivering a recruitment strategy to achieve agreed targets, international travel to allocated markets within that region, attendance at international education exhibitions, identifying and expanding on existing recruitment channels will be an important part of this role.
