Description :

You will provide a customer orientated front line service to undergraduate students based in a busy College. You will work with minimal supervision but also as part of a wider supportive team.  You will have strong administrative and IT skills preferably gained within the HE or a housing context, possess excellent communication skills and have an awareness of cross-cultural issues.  The role is very varied, good organisational skills and a flexible approach to work will be required.
