Description :

As part of the implementation of a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management Strategy, Lancaster University are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic CRM Business Analyst to join Research & Enterprise Services Division to help gather, analyse, and map business processes, requirements and solutions across a broad range of business-facing functions. These will then form the basis of a powerful and influential ‘business-case’ report that will support the selection of an appropriate delivery platform and its ongoing maintenance and development.

This is a key post that will help to deliver the ‘One Lancaster’ strategic initiative whilst enhancing our ability to manage relationships effectively at all levels and add-value through the sharing of business intelligence.

Ideally, you will have had similar, relevant, experience particularly in the areas of identifying requirements across multiple stakeholders and the ability to describe a current and evolving business model through effective research and analysis, both internally and externally.

You must be confident in dealing with stakeholders, at all levels, and be able to promote culture change when approaching solutions. An ability to work independently within an agreed framework will be essential, so being able to prioritise work effectively and efficient time-management are crucial attributes.  You must have the enthusiasm to succeed and a demonstrated ability for problem solving, excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, and feel comfortable in a high-profile role.

If you would like further information and an opportunity to discuss the role, please contact Mark Bowen, Business Gateway Manager, Research & Enterprise services Division on +44 (0)1524 510877 or at mark.bowen1@lancaster.ac.uk
