This post presents an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated person to join our busy Placements and Timetabling Team in the Faculty of Medicine.  You will join a friendly and professional team who provide administrative support for all clinical placement activity across Medicine programmes within the Faculty.  You will work closely with the Team Leader and colleagues across the University to ensure effective and professional support for all aspects of the Faculty’s placement activity.  You will be the first point of contact for the Placements and Timetabling team. Major elements of the post will be placement timetabling, dealing with student travel claims, collating student grades, resolving queries from students and academic staff and liaising with staff in NHS Trusts and General Practices.

This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who would like to learn about administration in an education context. You will be an excellent team player, well organised and adaptable. Excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills are required as is a commitment to providing excellent customer service. 

Interviews are likely to take place in the week commencing 29th October.
