We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual in the HR Recruitment & Operations Team to support the delivery of an efficient and effective service. You will join a busy Operations team who provide support to staff on all our HR processes.  

This role adds real value through the quality of interactions and discussions that it has with our customers (at all levels), its focus is on providing solutions that meet their needs and helping them to understand HR good practice. 

With a proven track record in HR Administration, you will be adept at multi-tasking and unfazed by the demands of multiple stakeholders. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, together with a positive, professional manner and the ability to deal tactfully and confidently with people at all levels. Given the nature of this role, excellent attention to detail is critical as is the ability to prioritise work effectively and to work to deadlines on your own initiative.
