The Faculty of Science is looking for a pro-active and self-motivated individual to join our Placements Team.

You will be able to use your knowledge and initiative to manage and prioritise effectively the requirements of the role. Effective and professional liaison with internal and external contacts and the ability to establish good working relationships is an integral part of the role and so highly developed interpersonal and communications skills are essential.

Previous experience within the HE sector is desirable but not essential. A background related to one of our subject areas is.  Skills in the use of University specific software (Moodle, SAMIS, Agresso and Business Objects) will be an added advantage. However, an interest in our work and a willingness to become fully involved in the life of the team and the Faculty is equally important.
