Staffordshire University is expanding its International Recruitment and Development Team and is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Regional Manager.  The post holder will play a role in the development of the University’s internationalisation strategy in Europe and the Americas. Through the development of a targeted international recruitment strategy you will grow the number of international students at all levels, manage a network of agents, identify articulation, progression and sponsorship partnerships and support the admissions processes.

As a key member of the International Office the post holder will have significant input into international marketing, recruitment and admissions functions. The post holder will possess excellent communication, negotiation, organisational skills and initiative to ensure that the most efficient and effective systems are in place to support achieving the internationalisation strategy.

You will have experience of international markets in higher education and be politically aware and culturally sensitive. A track record in driving growth and/or previous sales, marketing and/or recruitment experience would be advantageous.  Ability to speak one of more of the languages within the specified region is a distinct advantage.
