We are looking to recruit a 0.5 FTE (18.5 hrs) Administration Assistant currently aligned within the Arts, Design and Media (ADM) Faculty.  Do you have solid experience in a Higher Education customer service environment, an administrative role, excellent organisational skills, and an eye for detail? Our aim is to provide high quality, expert professional administrative support and to work effectively alongside other professional services functions. We need administrative support which assists with arranging meetings, travel and accommodation, liaising with students, staff and business partners face to face, by email and telephone, processing documentation, taking actions points in meetings, updating systems and meeting deadlines. Applicants must be able to work accurately, efficiently and to fixed timescales. The ability to manage their own workload, whilst providing dependable support to the wider team, is key. You will also need excellent written and oral communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and using a range of bespoke database applications.
