The College is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated Professional Courses and Enterprise Administrator, who willwork closely with the Head of Workforce Development.

 

The successful candidate will lead the specialist administration of the Workforce Development/CPD contracts and associated enterprise work, generated by the College of Nursing, Midwifery and Healthcare. This to ensure the delivery of a professional and effective service to our external commissioners and stakeholders. 

 

The role will include:

Administration of the Workforce Development/Continuing Professional Development Contracts and Enterprise Activity Administrative Support General requirements

The post will largely be based at the UWL West London Paragon campus, however travel to UWL’s other campuses (Ealing and Berkshire) will be required occasionally.

·         You will:

·         - Hold a degree (or equivalent)

·         - Have a minimum of 1 year-18 months proven administrative experience in a Higher Education environment

·         - Possess a high level of IT proficiency and have experience of generating Excel based reports

·         - Have an excellent understanding of data integrity and attention to detail regarding data quality

·         - Have proven customer service experience and good interpersonal and communication skills

·         - Have excellent organisation and time management skills

 

The post requires a candidate with enthusiasm, self-motivation, ability to manage their own workload and a willingness to commit to the University’s vision and values.
