Description :

Secretariat is a central, standalone department within the University Registry. It is primarily responsible for managing and administering the University's governance structures, information compliance processes and procedures and the structures for the management of issues of contention between the University and individual students.  We are looking for an effective and efficient Secretariat Administrative Officer to join the team and provide professional administrative support with minimum supervision.  Secretariat staff work closely with senior management, academic and professional services staff and a broad range of external stakeholders and the successful candidate will be expected to foster excellent working relationships with individuals across and outside the University. 

This post is a secondment cover for a fixed term until 31st August 2019.

This position does not fulfil the UK Visas & Immigration sponsorship criteria for Tier 2.
