Since its establishment in 2011, Research & Enterprise has supported growth in activity and impact such as a doubling in external bidding activity and HEBCI related income and a five fold increase in student employability interactions. The University has changed significantly during this period and with the development and implementation of a new University Strategic Plan responding to a changing external environment(e.g. Brexit, UKRI etc.) we now have exciting opportunities to creating a new model of support for our customers.

We are seeking to recruit dynamic, proactive, innovative individual to help drive build further success.

This position is focused on managing, expanding and deepening the University’s external and industrial partnerships through a broad range of mechanisms (e.g. technology transfer, contract & collaborative research, consultancy and grant funded support programmes) and particularly partnership working with organisations such as Innovate UK, Knowledge Transfer Networks, the Greater Lincolnshire LEP, Midlands Engine, Midlands Enterprise Universities and others to lever our impact.
