Catering Supervisor (1040018TD-R)

The University of Southampton is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, ambitious and confident Catering Supervisor to join their Catering team.

You will have excellent communication skills and an ability to help the manager motivate and develop the team, and continue to help the successful business grow. The focus being on a premium service offer to the customers. 

You will need to be hands-on with the team and enjoy interacting with our customers, showing initiative and enthusiasm every day and motivate your team to do likewise. The ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment and flexibility around hours worked is essential

Previous supervisory experience is essential.
