We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy team.  The Programmes Administrative Assistant is a vital assistance role, working in conjunction with other administrators and Directors of Studies to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our suite of taught programmes within the Faculty of Engineering & Design.

You will work closely with our programmes administrators, assisting them by providing advice, support and information to academic staff, prospective, current and former students.

You will have excellent organisational skills, demonstrate a good use of initiative and have the ability to multi-task and prioritise a high workload. You will enjoy working autonomously as well as part of team in a fast-paced, student-facing environment.
