This new role within our HR team will proactively lead on recruitment and selection for end to end resourcing and talent attraction across the university.  Leading your team, and implementing a new Applicant Tracking System, you will drive forward our in-house recruitment service to ensure both candidates and recruiting managers receive the best recruitment experience.  You will also develop the recruitment brand that represents us in the recruitment marketplace so that our ability to attract the best candidates to come to our ambitious university is strengthened. To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:- Extensive recruitment and selection experience up to executive level Experience of using innovative recruitment techniques that get results (including use of social media) Proven people leadership skills Extensive experience of using candidate tracking systems coupled with strong IT skills Educated to degree level or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills A passion for customer service and building strong stakeholder relationships Excellent planning and organisation skills Ideally have experience of the UK Visa and Immigration framework as it impacts on high education For further information please contact Samantha.Johnson@bcu.ac.uk
