This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and motivated lecturer to join Brighton Business School and contribute to teaching supply chain management on our postgraduate logistics and undergraduate business degree programmes.  Ranked in the top five Business Schools for impact in the last REF, Brighton is proud of our reputation for producing highly employable and adaptable graduates and postgraduates.

To succeed in this permanent role, you will need experience of, and the ability to teach, logistics, operations management and supply chain management.  In addition, you are expected to have a higher degree and professional experience along with a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and an innovative approach to delivering the curriculum.  Ideally you will have experience of higher education, including module leadership, a clear research record or course leadership experience;  however, applications from candidates with senior professional experience seeking to move to a career in education will also be welcome.

This is an opportunity to join a school with a strong base of ethical and professional values, and a mission to contribute to business and the community.  The Operations and Systems subject group is actively engaged in research and publication with particular strengths in sustainable supply chains, supplier quality management, supply chain dynamics and improvement and digital marketing. We have a long-established and successful Masters programme in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and optional Operations Management modules on our undergraduate degrees.
