Premises Officer (ES5041-18-548)

Bring your experience gained within the facilities management environment with high standards of achievement to work as part of a team where you will manage a small team of caretakers and cleaning supervisors to maintain the delivery of facilities management services within the university.

In addition to your understanding of facilities management issues gained in a multi-site environment, you will need a working knowledge of safe working practices and the ability to foster and maintain good working relationships with high levels of customer focus.  A proven ability to supervise, organise, influence and develop staff to meet objectives and to ability to promote team work is also essential.
