As a Timetabling Officer you would be responsible for a full range of complex administrative and support activity including preparing, organising, creating and maintaining accurate and timely personalised student timetables.
You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to form confident professional relationships with colleagues at all levels. The ability to competently use, manipulate and maintain complex databases and online systems is essential; as is demonstrable work experience in administration within a Higher Education institution including producing electronic student timetables or use of a complex database.
This is a permanent post from 1st November 2018 within the newly formed timetabling team designed specifically to support the best possible student experience. This post will be based at the Falmer campus but regular travel to other campuses may be required.
