You're a proven HR technical specialist, with an aptitude for people management.

You've already proven your competence in influencing others and you are now looking for the right role to develop your career.

At the University of West London, we are looking for someone like you to take the role of Head of HR Partnering and Services.

You will be managing 5 direct reports across 2 teams, with a remit to provide a proactive, engaging service to the business. You would also oversee the running of these crucial frontline services, to ensure that the University is receiving a best in class service from the HR function.

The role will provide direction and oversight of all people management, including:

• Performance management • Employee relations, workforce planning • Change management,  • Policy development and implementation • Employee life cycle  • Recruitment • Organisational design

Naturally, you will have proven experience in HR and hold a CIPD accreditation (or equivalent). Although education sector experience is not an essential prerequisite, candidates should a committed to the values of higher education.
