This is an exciting opportunity to join the University of West London’s Customer Relationship Team which is responsible for the planning and implementation of student conversion activities from initial enquiry through to enrolment in order to ensure the University meets its student recruitment targets at all levels.

The Customer Relationship Team is at the heart of providing vital information to potential undergraduate, postgraduate and part-time students.

The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for generating conversion communications and deploying them to relevant data segments. The post holder will also assist the Customer Relationship Manager with the planning, development and evaluation of communication plans. 

You will also support the team in helping enquirers with any course related information requests as well as any other University wide queries.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working with and manipulating data, and of creating customer-focused communications.

We are seeking to employ an individual who is approachable, proactive and works well under pressure. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be able to work flexibly and without direct supervision if necessary.
